Today, it is used to refer to the parasitic cones from volcano eruptions located throughout Jeju. Gwonjeoreum Parasitic Cone is less than 300 meters tall, appearing to be more of a hill than a mountain. Its diminutive size makes it very easy to climb, and there’s no concern of losing one’s way. Its location within the Jeju National University also makes it a popular walking spot for university students and locals. The trails are well managed and has gentle slopes, ideal for a pleasant stroll
