제47회 소양강문화제는 춘천의 지역 고유문화를 발굴·전승하고 시민이 함께 즐기는 화합의 장을 마련하기 위해 개최하는 지역문화축제이다. 2026년 10월 17일부터 18일까지 춘천시청광장 일원에서 열리며, 용신굿, 우두벌 대동천렵놀이등 춘천의 전승문화를 선보이는 행사이다. 시민과 함께하는 길놀이와 문화학교 공연, 청소년·어린이 참여형 무대, 초청공연, 민속예술단 공연 등이 진행되며, 랜덤댄스와 민속놀이, 떡메체험, 만들기·공예체험 등 시민이 직접 참여할 수 있는 프로그램도 함께 운영되는 축제이다. 세대가 함께 지역의 전통문화를 경험하고 공유할 수 있도록 공연과 체험을 아우르는 다양한 프로그램으로 구성된 문화행사이다.
